Governor-elect Phil Murphy and incoming First Lady Tammy Murphy along with their four children, made Wildwood their first stop in the governor-elect’s pre-inaugural tour of the state.  The governor-elect came to the city for a wreath laying ceremony honoring veterans who gave the supreme sacrifice in service to their nation. He also expressed his, and his administration’s, commitment to supporting veterans throughout the state.

In its long-standing commitment honoring those men and women who have served our nation, Mayor Ernie Troiano, Commissioner Pete Byron and Commissioner Tony Leonetti unveiled new signage showing the 300 block of Burk Avenue is now officially named Veteran’s Lane.
