A.        Requesting Approval of Items of Revenue and Appropriations ($5,250.00 for 2024 Summer Shore Pedestrian Awareness)

B.      Amending contract with Trinity Code for Building, Plumbing and Electrical Services (increase of $50,000.00 for a new contract amount of $465,000.00)

C.      Authorizing the filing of an application for Cape May County Open Space Program funding for the Byrne Plaza Improvement Project

D.      Authorizing contract with DeBlasio & Associates of Wildwood for Engineering and Grant Application Phase Services in connection with Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Improvements, Phase 3 NJ Infrastructure Bank Application FY2025 Drinking Water Application in the amount not to exceed $7,000.00

E.      Authorizing contract with DeBlasio & Associates of Wildwood for Engineering and Grant Application Phase Services in connection with Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Improvements, Phase 3 NJ Infrastructure Bank Application - FY2025 Clean Water Application in the amount not to exceed $7,000.00

F.      Authorizing contract with Spatial Data Logic for Municipal Management Software in the amount not to exceed $20,300.00

G.      Approving Change Order No. 1 as submitted by DeBlasio & Associates on behalf of Asphalt Paving Systems regarding Reconstruction of Orchid Avenue (FY2023) NJDOT Municipal Aid) to reflect replacing 2" Manifolds, 1" Water Services with Manifold and Disconnecting existing Water Services (increase of $26,368.00 for a new contract amount of $162,292.60)

H.      Authorizing the execution of a contract with Primepoint, LLC for Human Resources, Timekeeping, ACA Reporting and Payroll Processing Services in the amount not to exceed $30,000.00

I.      Authorizing the enrollment of a retired Lifeguard in the Pension Plan for Lifeguards in the City of Wildwood - Shane Storey

J.      Authorizing the enrollment of a surviving spouse in the Pension Plan for Lifeguards in the City of Wildwood - Jane Cirelli (Louis Cirelli-Lifeguard)

K.      Authorizing payment of bills in the amount of $4,093,355.42 dated July 10, 2024

During regularly scheduled Board of Commissioners meeting. Remarks will be limited to five (5) minutes per person. City Clerk will be the keeper of time and advise speaker when time has expired. Each member of the public will be permitted to speak only once per meeting. Criticism of public employees will be directed to the Human Resources Department during work hours only.
