1301-24     Bond Ordinance Amending Bond Ordinance No. 1287-24 adopted by the Board of Commissioner of the City of Wildwood on April 10, 2024 in connection with Lead Service Replacement Project – Phase 1 (SECOND READING/PUBLIC HEARING/ADOPTION)

1302-24     Bond Ordinance providing an appropriation of $3,500,000 for Water Main Replacement for the Water Utility and Authorizing for the issuance of $3,500,000 bonds or notes of the City of Wildwood for financing part of the appropriation

1303-24     Bond Ordinance providing an appropriation of $13,200,000 for Sanitary Sewer System Improvements for the Sewer Utility and Authorizing the issuance of $13,200,000 bonds or notes of the City of Wildwood for financing part of the appropriation

4.       RESOLUTIONS:

A.       Requesting Approval of Items of Revenue and Appropriation (FY2025 Grant Program for UEZ Administration, $88,895.00)

B.       Authorizing Waiver of portion of Public Works Fees for 2023 Monster Truck Event

C.       Authorizing Agreement between the City of Wildwood and Rettew Motorsports, LLC for use of the Baker Avenue beach parking lot during the 2024 Monster Truck Event

D.       Amending Resolution No. 228-5-24 re: Sunday Night Concert Series Entertainment Contracts (amended total amount $45,600.00)

E.       Amending contract with Spatial Data Logic for Municipal Management Software to include SDL Services for West Wildwood (increase of $3,400.00)

F.       Amending contract with Trinity Code for Building, Plumbing and Electrical Services (increase of $30,000.00 for a new total of $555,000.00)

G.       Authorizing payment to the Cape May County Treasurer for the assistance of Cape May County Sheriff’s Office during various weekends ($29,025.00)

H.       Authorizing refund of Taxes for 2024 3rd ¼, due to overpayments re: Bl. 101, L.

24 in the amount of $837.39

I.       Approving Shared Services Agreement with the Wildwood School District for Cops in Schools in the amount of $60,000.00

J.       Authorizing the award of a Non-Fair and Open Contract to Michael P. Chapman to serve as interim Project Manager for utility projects in the amount not to exceed $25,000.00

K.       Authorizing Professional Services Agreement with Triad Associates to provide I- Bank Loan Program Administration/Project Implementation Services for Phase 1, Contract 1, Replacement of Lead Services Lines Project in the amount not to exceed $75,000.00

L.       Awarding contract to Perna Finnigan, Inc. for Otten’s Harbor Flood Mitigation Project, Susquehanna Drainage Improvements in the amount not to exceed

$875,751.25

M.       Authorizing the extension of a Non-Fair and Open contract with GRR Consulting, LLC for Operational and Administrative Services (increase of $23,500.00)

N  Accepting proposal submitted by DeBlasio & Associates to perform the engineering and construction management services for NJDEP I-Bank No. 0514001-007 Lead Service Line Replacement Program – Phase 1, Contract 1, Construction Phase Services, in the amount not to exceed $828,500.00

P.       Authorizing payment of bills in the amount of $2,972,194.14 dated September 11, 2024

10.      PUBLIC COMMENT:

During regularly scheduled Board of Commissioners meeting. Remarks will be limited to five (5) minutes per person. City Clerk will be the keeper of time and advise speaker when time has expired. Each member of the public will be permitted to speak only once per meeting. Criticism of public employees will be directed to the Human Resources Department during work hours only.
