Spaces for Persons with Disabilities

4. RESOLUTIONS:

A. Authorizing the 2024 Accelerated Tax Sale

B. Authorizing refund of taxes for 2024 3rd ¼, due to overpayments to Corelogic

(various)

C. Authorizing refund of taxes for 2024 3rd ¼, due to overpayment for Bl. 13, L. 13

($2,121.14)

D. Designating Intersections for “Flash” Cycle for Traffic Lights

E. Approving Change Order No. 4 as submitting by Colliers Engineering and Design on

behalf of Fred M. Schiavone Construction, Inc. re: Street End Improvements at

Maple and Spicer Avenue (increase of $28,069.42 for a new contract amount of

$1,617,112.56)

F. Amending contract with Complete Control Services for Repair of Calibration and

Repair of Electronic & Pneumatic Instrumentation (increase of $17,573.24 for a

new contract amount of $93,473.24)

G. Authorizing contract to Watchfire Signs, LLC for the purchase of one (1) Double

Faced High Resolution 8mm Watchfire Sign in the amount not to exceed $37,266.00

H. Authorizing Professional Services Agreement with Triad Associates to provide

Grant Administration and Project Implementation Services in connection with

NJDCA Small Cities Public Facilities Program FY2024, Removal of Architectural

Barriers to Accessibility at East Bennett Avenue and the Boardwalk, in the

amount not to exceed $20,000.00

I. Authorizing Professional Services Agreement with Triad Associates to provide

FY2025 Administrative Budget Part I – UEZ Program Implementation Services for

the Wildwood Urban Enterprise Zone for the period July 1, 2024 through December

31, 2024, in the amount not to exceed $10,000.00

J. Amending contract with Colliers Engineering & Design in connection with Spicer

Avenue Street End Improvements (increase of $7,727.50)

K. Approving location for reserved parking spot for persons with disabilities

(Michele Jastrzebski, 221 E. Roberts Avenue)

L. Authorizing refund to Seven Slot Sales due to event cancellation and fee changes

($550.00)

M. Recognizing October 6, 2024 as Knock Out Opioid Abuse Day in the City of

Wildwood

N. Authorizing payment of bills in the amount of $4,196,808.74 dated September 25, 2024

O. Authorizing filing of all reports and other data contained in this agenda

I. Authorizing the Award of a Non-Fair and Open Contract for Professional Services to Van Note-Harvey for Design and Construction related engineering services for the Atlantic Avenue Reconstruction Project, 1st Avenue to 6th Avenue, in North Wildwood, in the amount not to exceed $40,000.00

During regularly scheduled Board of Commissioners meeting. Remarks will be limited to five (5) minutes per person. City Clerk will be the keeper of time and advise speaker when time has expired. Each member of the public will be permitted to speak only once per meeting. Criticism of public employees will be directed to the Human Resources Department during work hours only.
