Public notice is hereby given to all persons that the City of Wildwood Planning/Zoning Board of Adjustment has cancelled its regular scheduled meeting of Monday, January 8, 2024 at 6:00PM. This notice is being given in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act of 1975.
The next scheduled meeting is Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 6:00PM at the City of Wildwood, Board of Commissioners Meeting Room located at 4400 New Jersey Avenue – Second Floor, Wildwood, New Jersey 08260.
The following applications have been carried to the meeting of Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 6:00PM and no further notice or publication will be required at this time:
Application 35-23: 4809 Park Blvd, LLC & Consolidated Jersey State Properties, Inc., owner of the property located at 4809 Park Boulevard, a/k/a Block: 48, Lots: 1, 3, and 5.
Application 37-23: Robert J. Bray, owner of the property located at 104 E. Glenwood Avenue (3001 New Jersey Avenue), a/k/a Block: 217, Lot: 1.01;
