PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF WILDWOOD PLANNING/ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT



Public notice is hereby given to all persons that the City of Wildwood Planning/Zoning Board of Adjustment has cancelled its regular scheduled meeting of Monday, January 8, 2024 at 6:00PM.  This notice is being given in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act of 1975.


The next scheduled meeting is Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 6:00PM at the City of Wildwood, Board of Commissioners Meeting Room located at 4400 New Jersey Avenue – Second Floor, Wildwood, New Jersey 08260.


The following applications have been carried to the meeting of Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 6:00PM and no further notice or publication will be required at this time:


  1. Application 35-23: 4809 Park Blvd, LLC & Consolidated Jersey State Properties, Inc., owner of the property located at 4809 Park Boulevard, a/k/a Block: 48, Lots: 1, 3, and 5.

  2. Application 37-23: Robert J. Bray, owner of the property located at 104 E. Glenwood Avenue (3001 New Jersey Avenue), a/k/a Block: 217, Lot: 1.01;

  3. Application 39-23: Sean Everitt, owner of the property located at 211 W. Glenwood Avenue, a/k/a Block: 224, Lot: 27; and

  4. Application 41-23: MW of Wildwood, LLC, owner of the property located at 2604 Pacific Avenue, a/k/a Block: 254, Lot: 10.01.


PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all supporting documentation is available for public inspection at the City of Wildwood Construction Office located at 4400 New Jersey Avenue, Wildwood, New Jersey 08260 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am to 4:30pm.
