RE: Reconstruction of Taylor Avenue-Phase 1 (New Jersey Avenue to Pacific Avenue)
Dear Homeowner:
Work on E. Taylor Ave is slated to resume Tuesday January 3, 2023, weather permitting, concrete operations will continue. This consists of various curb and sidewalk replacement. It is anticipated this work will take approximately 1 week weather permitting.
Due to the nature of the work, NO on street parking will be permitted during normal work hours.
In addition, there will be times when access to your driveway will be restricted. It is our
recommendation that your vehicle(s) be relocated from your driveway from 7:30am to 4:00pm if you will need your vehicle(s) during the referenced hours.
There will be various traffic control measures in place to facilitate this operation. We ask that residents be mindful of the operation and travel through the work area with caution.
We will do our best to minimize the inconveniences associated with this work.
