Attached is updated Ordinance No. 1267-23 pertaining to Curfew for Juveniles. Please note, a slight change in the penalty section (paragraph 4) removing the incarceration language and changing $2,000 to $1,000 (typo).
This Ordinance was adopted on an emergency basis and goes into effect on Wednesday, August 2, 2023.
