Of course, you must have an active NJ business. Check here to see if you have an active business and that your physical business located in the UEZ coverage area address matches your Business Registration Certificate.

If your physical business address in the zone does not match the BRC, you must change your address on the Online Registration Change ServiceBEFORE applying for UEZ Status. You may need your 4 digit PIN. If you don't know your PIN or need other information, call the Division of Taxation at 609-292-6400. To obtain a PIN, you will be asked to supply identifying information from previous business tax filings. Please allow 48 hours for the system to update then go back to the BRC website and confirm your address has changed. Once changed, go to register in the program.
